I can provide Archival Consulting on a variety of projects. I have appraised collections; reviewed collections for deaccession; processed to the series, folder, and item level; and written detailed finding aids. I have designed records management systems; written policy and procedure manuals; and written grants. I can catalog items and collections in USMARC standard using AARC2 and APPM2 guidelines on an online system. I also provide Genealogical Collections Consulting. This service can include review of collection policies, development, culling, cataloging, and patron services. Clients have included the New England Historic Genealogical Society, Connecticut Historical Society, and Massachusetts Society of Mayflower Descendants.
